Description

Been a long time since I last posted a photo of her and I think she deserves one so I can get rid of that God awful and blurry as Hell photo of her I did back years ago. Dx xP

I have not shot her since those years too, she is over a hundred years old. I'm sure if I did take her out she would still fire reliably, but nowadays. She is becoming extremely valuable...... No, i'll never sell her, but you can't really be smug about it if you happen to take it out shooting one day and something inside it suddenly breaks. People are not impressed with broken firearms. = P :XD:

I'm assuming she is worth around two thousand, five hundred dollars or three thousand dollars. Just because she was made during the World War One era, was likely a World War One take home (the fact it lacks any Nazi markings at all supports this claim) and the fact it's in pretty good condition for something that went through the trench war environment. Maybe she's worth more than I actually think she is. = P

She also has all her parts, no mismatch parts. All of them have the same full serial number or the last two numbers of said full serial number. = )

Proud to still have her. Like I said, i'll never let her go. = D

Beautiful.  I have a 1939 VIS Model 35 (aka "Polish Radom" pistol), with the eagle on the slide, which I am very proud of.  I do shoot mine on occasion, and it shoots about a 3-inch 5-shot group at 50 feet, which is pretty darn good.  Mine would be classified as a "wartime mismatch", but the highest serial number is the one on the slide, so I am positive the parts are Polish and not German-made.

I'm glad to see that you have your firearm pics up here.  I didn't know how skittish dA is about having firearm pics on their site (some sites like Facebook can be pretty crazy that way), so up until now I have avoided it.  Someday I will be brave enough to post pics of my vintage guns on my page.
